- The CM Punk promo on this week’s SmackDown where he introduced Luke Gallos (the former Festus) was edited out of the broadcast in the UK because of advertising laws regarding the Jeff Hardy DVD that was advertised. Instead of the promo, they aired the Undertaker vs. Chris Jericho main event twice.

- Speaking of the former Festus, WWE has added a profile page for Luke Gallos on the SmackDown roster with no mention of his former gimmick.

- Rey Mysterio returned to action at the SmackDown live event in Maryland yesterday, defeating Chris Jericho in the main event. A fan report from the show says Rey wasn’t selling the injury from Batista at all.
