Innovative Beverage Group Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IBGH) announced today that it has signed a deal with Layfield Distribution to distribute its proprietary product drank(TM), the world’s first extreme relaxation beverage in the mid-Tennessee area. Layfield Distribution will distribute drank(TM) throughout 34 counties encompassing the cities of Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Columbia, and Clarksville. Layfield Distribution will provide DSD or direct store delivery service, with plans including a custom fleet of drank(TM) vans and sales team to service the region.

“Adding drank(TM) to our product mix was just good business at this time in our company’s development. We are pleased to have the opportunity to distribute such a unique product in this growing market in Tennessee,” said CEO John Layfield.

“We could not think of a better endorsement for drank(TM) than it being picked up for distribution by one of John Layfield’s companies,” said Peter Bianchi, CEO of Innovative Beverage Group. “We could not be more pleased than to have our product being added to the repertoire of a successful entrepreneur like Mr. Layfield,” Bianchi added.

Layfield Distribution joins the ranks of many regional distributors and convenience store outlets that have added drank(TM) to their New Age beverage line up. drank(TM) is currently sold in several major markets including Metropolitan areas of New York, N.Y.; Houston, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Waco, Livingston, and Austin, TX; Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Shreveport, LA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, Memphis, and Jackson, TN; Jackson, MS; and St. Louis, MO.
