Innovative Beverage Group Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IBGH) announced today that it has signed a deal with Layfield Distribution to distribute its proprietary product drank(TM), the world’s first extreme relaxation beverage in the mid-Tennessee area. Layfield Distribution will distribute drank(TM) throughout 34 counties encompassing the cities of Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Columbia, and Clarksville. Layfield Distribution will provide DSD or direct store delivery service, with plans including a custom fleet of drank(TM) vans and sales team to service the region.

Worth, Waco, Livingston, and Austin, TX; Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Shreveport, LA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, Memphis, and Jackson, TN; Jackson, MS; and St. Louis, MO.
